We Need a Mediator (WNAM) is the trading name of Kate Dougherty who is a trained Family Mediator with the College of Mediators, working towards accreditation. She is also a qualified Workplace Mediator, has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology.
Workplace Mediation can be carried out anywhere in the UK, though there may be some additional travel and time costs for more distant locations.
WNAM is also a place to find mediators with other specialities and in other parts of the country. Whilst most mediators now offer virtual or on-line mediation (which has a lot of upsides when compared with face to face mediation) you might prefer to work through your difficult decisions in person with someone in in a location near you.
